Today, The Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi addressed the country and announced that the age group 18-44 also get free vaccination. Earlier this age group had to pay for it. There is no free vaccination center as before. The high court of india asked to the prime minister that why are charging money to age group 18-44. While every country provide free vaccine in their respective country.
Some days ago the Punjab and Delhi had requested to America for vaccine (Pfizer and Modern-a). But the America denied their requests and said i only deals with the prime prim minister not state government. Earlier, the state government also asked to prime about these but there is no answer.
The high court also raised questions about how you spend 35 thousand crores rupees which is for vaccine and many and why you don’t ordered vaccine earlier and more questions to prime minister. The minister has no answers about this. So, by today the Prime minister announced that the age group 18-44 also get free vaccine.
