Janata Samajwadi Party Chairman Upendra Yadav's party has decided to expel four leaders from the party, including another chairman Mahanta Thakur. According to party leader Mohammad Istiaq Rai, the party's executive meeting held on Tuesday expelled Thakur, senior leader Rajendra Mahato, executive members Laxman Lal Karna and Sarvendranath Shukla from the party. Jaspa has also informed the Election Commission about the eviction. In the letter registered with the commission, it is mentioned that the decision to expel was taken at a meeting of the executive committee held at the party office in Balkumari on June 30. The commission has also requested to remove his name from the registration book of his party saying that action has been taken against him for not giving clarification as per the decision of the executive committee meeting on June 25.
